Event Description

Week's Theme– The Art of Presence – Relationships DVD

To meet another human being without the accumulation of past is to meet them in stillness, out of which arises unconditional love. Eckhart discusses why the conditioned mind cannot possibly solve the problem of relationship. This talk contains wisdom teachings that can transform not only your intimate relationships, but also your relationship with family members and friends.

What we do:

We commence with introductions then a 15 minute silent meditation. This is followed either by a reading from one of Tolle’s books or viewing one of Tolle’s videos or listening to an audio. We finish with a closing mediation and afterwards retire for a coffee at The Three Monkeys coffee shop on Mollison St, West End to continue any discussions.

Fortnightly Meetings

Until further notice, meetings will be held on the second and fourth Thursdays of the month, and also on the fifth Thursday if there is one. Dates for our meetings in March are the 11th and 25th 2010.

Counselling Service

The Group is offering a personal spiritual counselling service which brings the teachings of Eckhart Tolle and Mindfulness into therapy. For more information contact email Paul Platt at plattbehrens@bigpond.com
