The Tantric Lovers Workshop is Tantra for the modern urban couple.

This workshop focuses exclusively on the energetic and spiritual aspects of sex and sexuality. It's less about the genital side of sex and much more about the connection.

Consider it 'The Art and Craft of Mindful Loving'.

Held in a beautiful yoga studio, this workshop is about deepening trust, openness and connection. The range of activities covers:

• feeling and moving energy within and between your bodies,
• sharing energy,
• communication between couples
• connected touch.
