Carolyn Jeffery joined Catherine Connolly and Rex Urwin's groupAt Mind Matters we are passionate about supporting people to create sustainable futures they love. Our work supports individuals, families & community, businesses, cultures and the environment.
Our philosophies stem from the premise that in order to manage human and material resources in a sustainable manner we must think sustainably. Long term sustainability begins with our thoughts, which precede decisions and actions.
As individuals, in order to reach our true potential, first we must manage our minds then we can create true sustainability in our world.
We provide high level educational programs and resources to help people reach their true potential. Our Private Mentoring Program supports people to raise conscious awareness and reconnect to the genius within.
As master facilitators Rex and I will teach you to take care of and manage your mind so you can create the things that really matter to you. As you do so, you create new results for yourself and those around you.
Our programs and services are unique, based on multiple disciplines from science, medicine, history, spirituality and cultural studies to give you the most holistic learning experiences possible.
