I do EFT every day as part of my self-care routine as well as assisting others through my practice and support groups.
YOU MAY HAVE SEEN EFT ACUPRESSURE ON OPRAH, CNN, THE DISCOVERY CHANNEL, WOMEN"S WORLD MAGAZINE AND IN THE NEW MOVIE "TRY IT ON EVERYTHING" .
IT COSTS NOTHING TO TRY EFT, IT IS NATURAL, DRUG FREE AND QUICK.....CAN YOU THINK OF ANY REASON NOT TO TRY IT?
EFT was developed by Stanford engineer Gary Craig and and has been in used since the early 1990’s, it is based on the work of Dr. Roger Callahan. This system has become phenomenally successful and has changed the lives of countless people around the world.
Wisely, Gary knew that people would respond well to a procedure that was easy to learn and could be preformed in just a few minutes and of course, most importantly, it had to work. He spent 30 years streamlining the procedure to get the most effect in the least time.
Today this “Universal Healing Aid” is being embraced by people around the globe.
This relaxing self applied form of acupressure is simple to use and easy to learn. It involves tapping gently or rubbing with the fingers while using a focus statement.
EFT is unique for several reasons:
An impressive percentage of the people who try EFT find it effective for problems both physical and emotional.
The official success rate is 80% but as a practitioner I have yet to meet a client who failed to get a positive result. Results like these are rare in the field of alopathic medicine and psychotherapy...but commonplace with EFT.
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) has proven successful in thousands of clinical cases. It has been used for all kinds of issues such as: stress related illnesses, test anxiety, chronic pain, cravings, phobias, sports performance, children’s anxiety, PTSD, poor self-image and more.
While no one can claim 100% success with all people and all issues, the high rate of success is impressive when compared to many other healing methods.
Even though EFT can not alleviate some problems, its value as a tool for reducing stress related to the problem is often still note worthy. The best part; once you learn to use this anti-stress tool, it is yours, to use whenever you like.
