The Floating Lily 'Where natural therapies and massage combine to bring your body to life'

I was thinking about my loved departed friend and teacher Jan Thomas, when I my mind thought ..'gold star' 'gold star'. Later that week I visited a friend that has a child. I came home and sat beside my mother ( whom I am caring for) and somthing fell off my clothing. It was a gold star the size of a twenty cent piece. I am taking that as I am doing a good job.

 

I am keeping my gold star. I have put it in my walet to remind me ... I am doing a good job :)

I'm happy to say I am having a launch party for my project Earth Healing Meditations this Saturday in Goulburn. Good to cellebrate with those that have been involved in the project as well as those that have been regularly attending my meditation group. A few friends are traveling to Goulburn for the cellebration too. It's November and I'm listening more relaxation music. Trying to decide which music tracks to put with the remainder of my Earth Healing Meditations. Later this month I record the remainder of the meditations from my book Earth Healing Meditations Gudied Imagery for Groups. The voice tracks of my meditations have been added to the music tracks. They are sounding quiet good. I have 19 of my Earth Healing Meditations ready to be launched as downloads and cds. Still working at having the website built. Have ordered the barcodes for the back of the cds and am having the cd art work currently done.

I have my fingers crossed that I can pull this all together for Christmas.

My mind has been wandering, while I've been doing chores around the house. I have found myself reflecting about all things on my journey of writing and publishing 'Earth Healing Meditations Guided Imagery for Groups' and the 'Earth Healing Meditation CD Series'.

For me, I really felt 'called' with all the writings in this book. It feels like it comes from an ancient place and time, skills from along ago, skills I didn't realise I had. The journey has indeed been a long one.…

I've been working on recording my meditation cds. I went to Sydney and recorded 9 Earth Healing Meditations from my book 'Earth Healing Meditations Guided Imagery for Groups'. I went to Canberra and recorded another 11. So I have 20 meditations recorded so far. They are being edited and the music is being added presently. I have had a run on foot massage at the moment. It is actually one of my favourite modalities that I work with at The Floatinglily Natural Therapy(Goulburn NSW). Actually I love giving people foot massage, I always have. I remember ... when I was a young teenager. I use to massage the next door lady's feet for her all the time. On the train at 5am, an early start to get to the studio in Sydney. Nine "Earth Healing Meditations" have now been recorded. The music gets added next week. A mighty effort I must say. I think I need to sleep for a week.

All these new functions on weekend workshops are fab. Well done. I hope to have a play and find out how it all works soon. So very close now to printing my book "Earth Healing Meditations".I have the sample proof from the printers ... it is looking good. And the music for the meditation cds is well on its way.
