I am a mother, a student, a teacher, a sister, a leader, a follower, a healer, a friend. I am constantly changing, constantly reshaping myself as my lessons unfold before me.

I am not held to one faith but to many as I believe that they are all one... all have teachings to help humanity get back to what it has lost and find the peace, and harmony that we all so desperately crave... we are all beings living in the one place for the purpose of learning... the universe supplies us with the lessons we require, it is up to us to learn from them... the ultimate journey is connecting with our higher self and knowing with total understanding what it is to be surrounded by unconditional love...

Making the Choice to Forgive Yourself and Others

All too often I have come across people who have said they cannot forgive, won't forgive, find it too hard to forgive, don't believe they should forgive etc...

Why don't these people want to forgive? Why do they wish to stay enmeshed within the shackles that have been attached to them because they will not forgive?
