The past 10 years or so I have been heavily involved in Triathlon, competing twice at the Hawaii Ironman Triathlon and was President of the Bondi Running and Triathlon Club for 3 of those years.

Good to see you on Weekend Workshops.

We met briefly in a breakout group you were leading at The Best of TED in Sydney - gosh I think my brain is still spinning from that event - oh well maybe three days with Matt Church for Immersion kept the momentum going too!
