She has a history in client-centred; value-based relationships; managing financial institutions during the 80’s; followed by 20+years natural therapies, with experiential holistic approaches to personal development and business strategic planning; focusing on ways to value add an enterprise and innovative ways to incorporate a social - environmental awareness; for development and facilitation to entrepreneurial success.
Julie is the Sunshine Coast business partner of Edgeware -TAFE Accredited creative entrepreneurship, education and support Services. www.edgeware.com.au proud founder - ’ BYB’ business incubator program. Edgeware is also privileged to work alongside indigenous communities.
In addition, Julie is also a director of Pachira Capital Pty Ltd, a company specialising in project management, mentoring and guidance for businesses requiring funding for growth or to launch new products. With her social conscience and dedication to giving back to the community, Julie has been instrumental in collaborating with other local partners and a major Australian trading bank to set up a micro-lending facility which incorporates some of Pachira’s mentoring and management services.
Julie is currently in Australia’s first Catalyst Leadership Group, with the ‘Richard Florida’ Creative Class Program; adding value to economic vibrancy of the Sunshine Coast region…developing programs of enterprise excellence in collaboration with the (Qld) State Government, S.C. Regional Council and Noosa Creative Alliance.
Julie is an appointed member of the Noosa Biosphere Cultural Sector Board, and a dedicated community builder, with a passionate human interest in cross-cultural collaboration; skills and leadership development.

all facilitators along the 'road' have been perfect for that time of my life...and the timing and positioning of one's being is of greatest value. Books more than people have changed my perspective.
