About Me:
Kathleen and I are both facilitators of Self. I do the retreat leadership on The Connection and adavnced retreats, she with yoga. We endeavour to raise consciousness through embodiment and we support greater awareness in our live's. We like to facilitate of deeper connection in all relationships, with greater feeling, love, abundance to go with this natural connection. We teach from beginner to advanced through Be Yourself Personal Development and we have various personal retreats, business events and public speaking/ teaching offered. We have been key note speakers at the three largest consciousness raising festivals in Byron, The Gold Coast and Brisbane for 3 years now. Our work is designed to help you get more awareness of what is, and more love, abundance and connection with yourself and therefore life, by authentically being yourself.

We share 4 girls in a successfully blended, fun- filled family and seem to live the same life whether working or not.
We are committed to personal growth and development and share a continually improving life with the continued freshness of finding greater presence love and beauty in every moment through deeper awareness. We are writing our first book and growing as speakers in both worlds. We love life laughter and having a rich fulfilling life with our children.
