There is a huge psychology behind the way we act and react around Colour. The wherefore and the why have their roots in our relationships and experiences as well as our culture and environment. Colour Psychology has great depth and is an amazingly useful tool to assist us in "getting to the bottom of things".
Colour Psychology looks at the colours we always wear, and those we don't. Why is it so? THis can be very revealing. Sometimes we choose the colour that expresses us or, maybe, the colour we need to balance ourselves. What we often avoid are those colours that will remind us of painful/embarrasing situations or relationships, and those which we already have too much of. Which is it? How can we bring in more balance, and stop overdosing? A colour tableau is often the key. To know more, please contact me on 07 3878 5953
