About Me:: Hi, I am passionate about promoting the healthy emotional well-being of ALL children. In order to do this, I am also passionate about promoting the emotional well-being of those that love, care for and work with children. This includes parents, teachers, carers and child professionals. Happy, healthy and safe children mean a happy, healthy and safe future for our world.

I specialise in psychotherapy for children from the ages of four and up. As a fully qualified expressive therapist I work creatively and playfully to help children fully integrate any stress or trauma they may have experienced.

Another love of mine is offering weekend workshops for parents and carers. These workshops offer a safe space to connect within and with one another about the challenges and joys of parenting and focus on unlocking your own natural parenting wisdom.

Parenting from the Inside Out

An empowering workshop program for parents, 'Parenting from the Inside Out' is more than just a 'how to' seminar about raising happy and resilient children – it aims to help you create a deep and lasting relationship that is unique to you and your child. Using techniques that are based on connection rather than shaming, manipulation or punishment, these workshops introduce you to insightful and practical ways to benefit your child's emotional wellbeing and development.

Using creative and expressive processes, participants will safely explore their own inner world of parenting experiences, meet like-minded parents, develop greater self-understanding in a supportive atmosphere and learn to understand their child’s needs and behaviours.

Loved your Dreaming Photos. It my my first year and so was all new to me and I had a great time. Making it an annual tradition sounds like the thing to do. I too liked "Lessons in Flight". It was well acted and so real!
