Hey Isabella Faith and All,

Hmm. Yeah I can't beat gratitude and recounting my blessings. I love that it takes me quickly to the now. So quickly I don't know I'm doing it. It can be as simple as a cup of tea. The ceremony of stopping
what I am doing gives me a tiny space. I may notice that bird outside...I have
no idea where that moment can lead only that I am not in control….Blessings….maive
