'A turn in the road' The start of my 30 day blog challenge.......

I have been invited to start a '30 day blog challenge'. I think I am way behind everybody else, but I am determined to give it a go!

I have been procrastinating because I have wondered what to 'blog' about!! Yes, sure I am a Co- Director of Weekend Workshops, and blogging should be a part of my job!! Yet, I am reluctant to blog because I often doubt that nobody would want to read about the 'stuff' that's in my head!!!
Then I read a quote from the wife of one of my new friends on face book, Bruce Rawles, (forgive me for forgetting her name). " Only you know your story, so just go ahead and write it, we have editors who can fix it up later!!"
Now somehow, that sentence created a space for me to just take the heavy judgements off myself for a moment and write!!!
So, here I am, relatively new to Social media networking and very keen to connect and develop skills in this big, exciting new world via the internet!!!
I know this is a big time on the planet and I am aware that we are being offered many opportunities to grow. Astrologers have shared their reflections on these past few eclipses and the ability or portals/ openings (if you like) they have provided for us to heal residual unhealed traumas/issues .I would say that's a fair call, as I have noticed lots of old issues re appearing in my life. Just when I thought it was safe to go out again, they reared their ugly heads!! Oh no. not again, I thought!! But the difference seems to be, this time, if we focus and reflect and then focus on 'surrender' they move very quickly. I guess thats one reason why this time might be called 'The Quickening'.
It is a time to practice authenticity, practice self love, practice faith and trust, practice listening to our inner voice,practice loving ourselves and each other, practice allowing and the rewards are coming to us much faster than ever before.
