Launch Party for Earth Healing Meditations

I'm happy to say I am having a launch party for my project Earth Healing Meditations this Saturday in Goulburn. Good to cellebrate with those that have been involved in the project as well as those that have been regularly attending my meditation group. A few friends are traveling to Goulburn for the cellebration too. It has taken quiet some time, first to write the meditations, test them out and practice with them, self publish them into a book, record the 40 meditations from the book into cd and download format, get music made to back the meditations and build a website to have them available from. Quiet exciting but it has taken a very long time and lots of dedication to get it done.
